Mr. Francis Chan, President of the HKIPM and Dr. Mei-yung Leung, Chairlady of the CPD & Education Committee of HKIPM, were invited to present 2 seminars named: "Key to Effective Project Management" and "Introduction of Value Management" respectively on 26th September 2009 by the Paul-Y Management Limited. The seminars cover board project management practices such as communication skills and emotional response, and the basic logical team decision-making process in the value management for construction projects. There was over 60 managers participated. All of them really enjoyed it very much.
